1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking any photography service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the website and services.

2. Booking Confirmation

A session is only confirmed when a booking form is completed and the required deposit is received. Without a deposit, the date and time cannot be reserved.

3. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required for all sessions (weddings, portraits, newborn, etc.). This deposit secures your selected date, and prevents us from accepting other bookings at the same time.

4. Final Payment Requirements

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date. For weddings or large events, full payment may be required 1–2 weeks before the event.

5. Rescheduling & Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires proper notice. Weather reschedules are allowed at no extra cost.

6. Client Cancellations

If the client cancels the session, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made close to the session date may result in additional fees to cover reserved time and preparation.

7. Photographer Cancellations

If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unexpected circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or you may choose to reschedule at no cost.

8. Image Ownership 

All photos taken remain the full copyright of the photographer. This allows us to maintain creative control and protect our artistic work.

9. Client Usage Rights

Clients receive personal-use rights for their photos. You may print, download, share with family, post online, and enjoy your images freely.
Commercial or business use requires written permission.

10. RAW Files Policy

RAW or unedited images are not provided under any circumstances. Only professionally edited final images will be delivered, maintaining the quality of our brand and style.

11. Delivery Timeline

Final edited photos will be delivered within the timeframe stated during your booking, depending on the type of session. Wedding deliveries typically take longer due to editing time and volume.

12. Retouching & Editing Requests

Basic editing is included in all sessions. Additional or special retouching (skin smoothing, object removal, body reshaping, etc.) can be done for an added fee. All requests must align with our editing style.

13. Service Limitations

We cannot be held responsible for situations outside of our control, such as:

• Venue restrictions

• Weather conditions

• Delays caused by clients

• Guest interference

• Unexpected lighting conditions

We always do our best to adapt and deliver high-quality results.

14. Limitation of Liability

If equipment failure, severe weather, or unforeseen issues occur, our responsibility is limited to the amount the client paid for the session. We will do everything possible to avoid any loss, including backup equipment and backups of images.

15. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services means you accept any updated changes. You should review this page from time to time.
